TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Grounds for Service Refusal and Refunds:
- Therapists and service providers reserve the right to refuse service on the grounds of improper hygiene, physical misconduct and sexual harassment prior to service delivery. This will result in an immediate blacklisting for all customers guilty of above-mentioned behaviours. In the instance where services provided have reached near completion, there will be an automatic forfeit of any claim to monies owed due to the therapist’s termination of the session based on the above-mentioned behaviours.
Booking and Lateness Policies:
- All appointments must be booked at least 48 hours prior. Patrons must pay a non-refundable downpayment worth 50% of their respective service in order to secure the booking. If the therapist or service provider is unable to facilitate the appointment as scheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, patrons are eligible to receive a full refund for monies owed to them.
- Every minute that the client is late will be deducted from their massage time. Lateness of 30 minutes or more will result in an automatic cancellation of the scheduled appointment.
House Call Fees:
- All house calls are valued at a range of $100- $150 (based on distance) and are to be pre-paid alongside service fee.
Cancellation Policy:
- Customers are required to provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel an appointment to receive their full refund. To cancel your appointment please WhatsApp or call the above listed number. Please note that the 24-hour cancellation time period will be counted from the recorded time of the booking.
